Weichel of East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, born in Carbondale, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 21, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Weichel and Jean Weichel (Townsend). He is survived by: his wife Katherine M. Weichel (Butler); his brothers, Carl Weichel (Kimberly) of San Francisco, CA and Bruce Weichel (Lynn) of East Stroudsburg; his nephews, Julian Weichel and Matthew Weichel; his stepchildren, Kevin Kutler (Lori) and Kristen Weimer (Dave); his stepgrandchildren, Jordan Kutler, Allie Kutler, Austen Weimer, Tyler Weimer and Brady Weimer; and his former wife Sally Hewes of Naples, FL..
Jeff was a member of the Kiwanis Club of the Stroudsburgs (noon-time club); volunteered with RSVP, VNA Hospice of Monroe County and Women's Resources of Monroe County; and was an avid golfer.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial remembrances be made to the Kiwanis Club of the Stroudsburgs or American Lung Association.
