He was predeceased by: his parents, James McGinley and Mary McGinley (Healey); and his siblings, Helen Tweedy and Patrick McGinley. He is survived by: his wife Alicia McGinley (Russoman); his sons, James McGinley (Elizabeth) of Essex Fells, NJ and Robert McGinley (Jeannette) of East Stroudsburg, PA.; his grandchildren, Matt, Grace, Caroline, Caden, Connor, Monica and Laura; his great grandchild Valentina Rose; and also, Lorraine Garofalo (Robert Garofalo) of Flemington, NJ and Alicia Liguori (Phil Wharton). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
