He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Cason (Urban). He is survived by: his wife Carol (Pear); his father James E. Cason, Sr. of Swoyersville, PA; his children, James E. Cason III (Hannah) of Chattanooga, TN, Stephanie C. Kaizar (Tom) of Lancaster, Michael G. Cason of Smyrna, GA, Daniel T. Cason (Brittany Bryan) of Annandale, NJ, Peter J. Cason (Shannon) of Doylestown and Luke M. Cason (Meaghan Geatens) of Philadelphia; his grandchildren, Emmett, Theodore, Cecilia and Owen; and his siblings, Thomas Cason of West Pittston, Catherine Rutkowski (Joe) of Bethlehem and Glenda Pini of Florida. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the William H. Clark Funeral Home (1003 Main St, Stroudsburg, PA 18360). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
