It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irene Getz (East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania), born in White Haven, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 31, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Laura Bond Nauman; her husband Frank Getz; her siblings, Joe, Michael, Christopher, Jerry, Robert Nauman and Dorothy Malek (Nauman); her grandson Mark William Kerrick of Moravia, NY; her great grandchildren, Hunter and Logan Pratt; her children, Frank Getz Jr. (Betty), Edward Getz (Linda) and Victoria Kerrick (William Kerrick) of Moravia, NY; and her sisters, Violet Safin (Nauman) of Blakeslee, PA, Elsie Fish (Nauman) of Pocono Summit, PA and Lois Nauman. She was also cherished by 10 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
