She was predeceased by: her spouse Lee Tucker; and her parents, John C. Sr. Place and Ruth E. Place (Overfield). She is survived by: her siblings, Horton Place (Cassandra), Pardee Place (Beverly) and Joanne Nelson; and her sister-in-law Bessie Place. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
