She was predeceased by: her husband Andrew Choy; her parents, Vesper Smith and Eva Smith (Kleintop); her daughter Tina; and her siblings, Ethel, Elsie, Mildred, Mary, Diane, Lee, Frank, Clark, Henry and James.
She is survived by: her sons, Andrew T. (Sharon L.) of Tucson, AZ and Mark E. (Susan) of Stroudsburg; her grandchildren, Ryan T., Lauren A., Evan A. and Jarrad M.; and her great grandchildren, Hunter and Sienna.
