Staples; his children, Jacquleyn Dodd (Michael Dodd), Jessica Staples (Christos Tsingelis) and Gerald Staples III (Evi Kim); his grandchildren, Atticus Staples and Donato Dodd; his stepgrandchildren, Athan Tsingelis and Ella Dodd; and his sisters, Debra Tingley and Julie Roksandic (John Roksandic). He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and friends.
