He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Cook. He is survived by: his daughter Cheri Matusevich of Fairlawn, NJ; his granddaughters, Candice and Gina Matusevich; his children, Tracy Depue (Eli) of East Stroudsburg and Shawn Cook (Danielle); and his grandsons, Benjamin and Logan Cook of East Stroudsburg. He is also survived by 3 children and 4 grandchildren.
A private memorial will be held and the family asks in lieu of flowers donations to be given to local animal shelter of your choice.
