He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick Layton Frantz and Janice Eschenbach Frantz; his grandparents, Vernetta, Edgar Bellis, Sarah and George Frantz; and his uncle John Eschenbach.
He is survived by: his wife Lisa M Frantz (Parks); his sisters, Stacie Catino, Georgia and Laurie Wilson (Jeff Wilson); his aunts and uncles, Sarah, Don Wilmot, Butch and Sue Tallada; and his caregiver Bethlehem. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to American Legion Auxiliary Unit 346 for VA Hospital Wilkes Barre, 126 E. Fifth St East Stroudsburg, PA 18301.
