It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Francisco I. Gonzalez of East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 29, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Francisco Gonzalez and Maria Gonzalez (Gonzalez); his children, Darleen Hallett, Daisy Gonzalez and Francisco Gonzalez; and his grandson Brandon Hallett.

He is survived by: his wife Gladys M. Gonzalez (Forrest); his children, Johnny Gonzalez of Miami, Margaret Setzer of Bangor, Richard Gonzalez (Bonne) of Kalamazoo, Gladys Werner (Tim) and Stroudsburg; and his grandchildren, Jacquelyn, Tiffany, Richie, Zachary, Tyler, Kayla, Vincent, Hailey, Sydney and Dylan. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.

I never truly got to speak to with my grandfather and ask the millions of questions i had. I’ve always wanted to talk to him and see my fathers side of the family. The only time I’ve seen him when I was only 11 years of age at the time. I do wholeheartedly send my love to my family. I’d love to know more about him and everyone.”
