It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Halperin-Rhoades of East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, born in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 9, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Naugle and Emma Naugle (Law); and her former husband Dr. Meyer "Mike" M. Halperin, MD. She is survived by: her husband Robert V. Rhoades; her son Stephen Sharp of Kunkletown; her stepson Michael Halperin of Haverford; and her granddaughters, Marissa Sharp and Evelyn Sharp.
