She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Siniscalchi and Antoinette Siniscalchi; her husband John Pica; her son-in-law Eugene Ingram; and her siblings, Josephine 'Pat' Pucherelli (Frank), Madelyn Siniscalchi and Dominick Siniscalchi (Josephine).
She is survived by: her nephews, Ricardo Pucherelli, Joseph Siniscalchi, Mark Scotton and Joseph Pica; her children, John Pica (Linda), James Pica (Elisa) and Catherine Ingram; her grandsons, Michael Pica (Suzanne) and Steven Pica; her great grandchildren, John Pica, Carlo Pica and Gavin Pica; her stepgrandsons, Darryl Ingram (Tammy) and Kevin Ingram (Kim); her stepgreat-grandchildren, Jonathan Ingram, Amanda Ingram, Ethan Ingram, Evan Ingram, Olivia Ingram and Mayzie Ingram; her friend Eleanor Roche; her pet Josie; and her caregivers, Jamie and Manuel Salgado. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousin.
