It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Eva Phillips (East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania), born in Roseto, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 16, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sister Anna James (Policelli); her nephew Robert E. James; and her brother-in-law Alphonso Zito Jr.. She is survived by: her significant other William "Bill" Phillips; her daughter Angela Herrlinger (Phillips); her grandson William "Will" Herrlinger of Bethlehem, PA.; her sister Marie Zito (Policelli); and her nieces and nephews, Alphonso Zito III (Lucille), William James (Kathryn), Concetta Rinker (Zito) and Susan Williams (James).
As per Eva's wishes and due to COVID-19 restrictions, a graveside memorial service for the immediate family will take place at a later date.
In Lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Eva's name may be made to Christ Presbyterian Church of the Slate Belt, 332 Kennedy Dr., Bangor, PA 18013.
