She was predeceased by: her parents, James C. Mosier and Harriet Mosier (Burch); and her brother Milton A. Mosier. She is survived by: her husband Gerald Lockard; her daughters, Darlene Repsher (Jason) of Stroudsburg, Loretta Porvaznik (Richard) of East Stroudsburg and Patricia Westover (William Dale) of East Stroudsburg; her grandchildren, Laura, Matthew, Julia and Kellcey; her sister Martha Coleman (Robert) of Florida; and her great grandchildren, Landon, Julie, Jordyn, Brady and Jesse. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in honor of Ethel to the First Baptist Church 160 N. Courtland St. East Stroudsburg PA 18301.
