He is survived by: his wife Brenda Fenner Leap; his children, Jason Leap (Stephanie), Stroudsburg, Justine Groves (Benjamin) of Pen Argyl and Joshua Leap (Erika) of Pinehurst, N. C.; his grandchildren, Emma Leap, Wesley Leap, Isabella Groves, Benjamin Groves, Austin Leap and Carson Leap; his brothers, Raymond Leap and Gary Leap; and his sister-in-law Roberta Marvin. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
