We are sad to announce that on September 3, 2023, at the age of 71, Derek Anthony Oliver of East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, born in Phillipsburg, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Mildred O. Reed; and his brother George Reed. He is survived by: his wife Margaret J. Oliver (Burkhard); his children, Nina Marano of Texas, Simon Oliver (Alicia) of Oregon, Jotham Oliver (Julie) of Saylorsburg, Caleb Oliver (Jana) of Northampton and Ephraim Oliver of Palmerton; his grandchildren, Kyra, Kolby, Anthony, Zavaya, Cyrus and Kayden; and his siblings, Charles Reed, Michael Reed, Matthew Reed, Elizabeth Marshall and Olga Reed.

Can be made in his memory to the Stroudsburg Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses or the Amyloidosis Foundation in care of Schisler Funeral Homes.
