It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Delia E. Villa of East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 13, 2023, at the age of 39, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her close friend Edgardo Nevarez. She is survived by: her parent Patricia Ruiz (Irving) of Stroudsburg; her children, Naomi Nevarez Raquel Nevarez, Destiny Nevarez, Frank Randolph and Edgardo Nevarez III; her sister Alison Howey; and her nieces, Sonnie and Charlotte.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donation can be made to the funeral home to offset funeral expenses.
