In loving memory of Debra L. Mumbauer of East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, who departed this world on February 16, 2025 at the age of 68. Debra leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Ruggiero, Jr. and Helen Leech (Jacobson); her son Dustin Mumbauer; and her sister Gina Jennings (Ruggiero). She is survived by: her son David J. Mumbauer, Jr. (Kelly) of Yulee, FL; her grandchildren, Reese, Peyton and Piper; and her siblings, Leonard Ruggiero of Lansford, Keith Ruggiero of Bethlehem and Jodi Cruver (Barry) of Lehighton. She is also survived by 4 nieces, 2 nephews, 2 great-nephews and a great-niece.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ruggiero Funeral Home (126 E Pennsylvania Ave, Pen Argyl, PA 18072). A memorial service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be offered in Debra's name to The Arc of Lehigh and Northampton Counties - 2289 Avenue A, Bethlehem, PA 18017 to benefit the SPARC Program that her brother Keith has attended for several years.
