She was predeceased by: her parents, George Thornton and Cynthia Thornton (Miller). She is survived by: her husband Michael Freeman; her son Malik Thornton of East Stroudsburg; her siblings, George Thornton of Brooklyn, NY, Darlene Clark of East Stroudsburg and Doreen Peters of Marshalls Creek; and her sister-in-law Marie Thornton of Brooklyn, NY. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
