She is survived by: her mother Alyce Polyak (Thompson); her siblings, Frank (Deb Polyak) and Deb (Bob Borny); her brother-in-law John (Terry Koroly); her sons, Michael Koroly (Diana Martinez) and Christopher Koroly; and her granddaughters, Kayla and Kristen Koroly.
