He was predeceased by: his wife Louise M. Berger Hickethier (Cramer); his parents, Rudolf Hickethier and Maria Hickethier (Druke); his siblings, William Schlameuss, Gertrude Schlameuss, Rudolf Schlameuss, Anna Marie Schlameuss, James Robben, Helen Robben, Genevieve Robben and Raymond Robben; and his friend Shirley Gray.
He is survived by: his stepdaughter Christina Kauffman of Scotrun; his grandchildren, Alecia Grady of Steilacoom, WA and Kolby Kauffman of Scotrun; his great grandchildren, Jason Sebring (Stephanie) of Frenchville, Ethan of Scotrun and Lily Kauffman of Scotrun; his great great grandchild Addelyn Grace Sebring; and his friends, Ralph Shook and Kay Ackerknecht. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
