He is survived by: his spouse Freda Bogart (Smith); his parent Evelyn Bogart (Berger); his son Chester Bogart III of East Stroudsburg; his brothers, Donald L. Bogart and Morgan S. Bogart; his sister-in-law Jenny Bogart of East Stroudburg; and his brother Ronald C. Bogart.
