It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chenoa Cramer (East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania), who passed away on March 24, 2018, at the age of 34, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her brothers, Ryan Cramer and Justin Smith. She is survived by: her parent Kathe Cramer (Sandt) of East Stroudsburg; her children, Jade, Vincent and Ryan; and her grandparents, Jeff Singer, Carol Singer, Harold Sandt and Agnes Sandt.
