He is survived by: his children, Steven Klingel of East Stroudsburg, Barry A. Klingel (Laurie) of East Stroudsburg, Charles "Chuck" Klingel, Jr. (Marie) of East Stroudsburg and Lori Van Horn (Leon) of East Stroudsburg; his grandchildren, Nathan Klingel of East Stroudsburg, Allison Ross (Scott) of Emmaus, Nicole Fox (Justin) of East Stroudsburg, Jeremy Van Horn (Kaitlyn) of Lexington Park, MD and Jessica Van Horn of East Stroudsburg; and his nieces, Kathleen Doolittle (Greg Stokes) of Roswell, GA, Juana, Linda, Tiffany, Donna and Daniela.
