Chase of Henryville; her husband Mark of East Stroudsburg; her grandchildren, Jamie Lee, Justin, Christopher and Ashley; her daughter Lillyonnah; and her siblings, Richard F. Smith and Lydia "Dolores" Mosier. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
