She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Fred Segaer and Clara Segaer (Howeye); her husband Richard E. Fluge, Jr.; and her daughters, Karen C. Waitz of East Stroudsburg, Susan Eileen Shindle and Joyce Louise Fluge. She was also cherished by 4 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren.
