She was predeceased by: her parent Samuel Jorge; and her siblings, Samuel Jorge Jr. and Hilda Cotto. She is survived by: her spouse John Kakakios; her parent Alicia Jorge (Cachola) of Brooklyn, N. Y.; her children, Alicia Kakakois, Mathew Kakakios, Michael Kakakios and Stroudsburg; and her siblings, Anita Almodovar of Fort Worth, TX., Irma Ortiz, Millie Mando, Violet Quinones of Astoria, N. Y., Hector Jorge of Kansas and Antonio Jorge of Virginia.
