She was predeceased by: her husband Victor H. Clouse Sr.; her parents, Peter Skrip and Elizabeth Skrip (Rokonsy); her sons, Douglas M. Clouse, Victor H. Clouse Jr. and Michael Clouse; and her grandson Thomas Ray Clouse.
She is survived by: her children, Annette Clouse, Michelle Miller (Brian) and Thomas Clouse of East Stroudsburg; and her siblings, Theresa Reed (Richard) of North Carolina and Michael Skrip (Deb) of Emmaus. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
