He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mount and Jeanie Mount; and his sons, Thomas Mount, Eugene Mount and Brian Mount.

He is survived by: his close friend Florence Doheny of East Stroudsburg; his children, Daniel Mount (Beth) of Saylorsburg and Kathy Kuber (Gene) of Lake Hiawatha, NJ; and his siblings, Jean McAvenue, Mary Majewski and Eugene Mount. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
