He was predeceased by: his spouse Carol L. Miller; and his parent Alfred Miller. He is survived by: his parent Winifred Miller (Hopkins); his daughters, Prior and Bethann A. Kalmback (William) of Wilson; his granddaughter Rachel Kalmback; his sister Roseann Gouger of Stroudsburg; and his nephews, William Gouger and Christopher Gouger.
