He was predeceased by: his father Ralph Schultz. He is survived by: his mother Wendy Ann (Miller); his daughter Abriella Schultz; his fiancé Chasity Frailey; and his siblings, Ralph (Bucky), Jim, Justin, Cody, Chelsea, Nate, Christine, Brian and Liz. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles and many many Cousins.
