He was predeceased by : his parents, Lee F., Sr. and Libbie Harkness (Vinson); and his siblings, Gerald Harkness and Shirley Meier. He is survived by : his wife Anne Harkness (Jelliff); his sons, Nolan Harkness of Elmira, NY and Joel; his daughter-in-law Cindy Harkness of East Smithfield, PA; his grandchildren, Meagan, Tim Nolt of Mt. Joy, PA, Kyle Harkness (Heather Chapman) of Horseheads, NY, Shiloh, Jake Magsamen of Bath, NY, Cherith Harkness of Philadelphia, PA and Aaron Harkness (Breen Looney); his great grandchildren, Parker, Addy Nolt and Sadie Magsamen; his brother Donald; and his sister-in-law Lillie Harkness.
