He was predeceased by: his wife Gladys Mae Winslow (Raymond); his parents, Ernest Winslow and Ina Winslow (Howland); his son Bernard E. Winslow, II; and his son-in-law Glenn Guiles.
He is survived by: his children, Richard D. Winslow (Cindy) of East Smithfield, Mary Armstrong (Hank) of Myrtle Beach, SC and Sara A. Guiles. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren, along with several cousins and friends.
