He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Troutman and Rose Troutman (Jobe). He is survived by: his wife Cindy Lee Troutman (Olinger); his stepsons, Joshua Jacobs of York and Micah Jacobs of Seattle, WA; his sister Debbie Stausbaugh of East Berlin; and his nephews, Jacob and Dylan.
