He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Janice Gilchrist (Lyons); his daughters, Melinda Polson (Jim), Melanie Doyle (Butch) and Kathy Blumling (Nick); his stepchildren, Shawn Seibert (Sherry), Jody Seibert (Jamie) and Scott Seibert; and his siblings, Sheryl Williams (Bud), Richard Gilchrist, Donald Gilchrist (John Sheets), Ronald Gilchrist and Patricia Gilchrist.
