He was predeceased by: his brother George "Rabbit" Bittner Jr. (late Darlene); his parents, Jean Sr (Freund) and George Bittner Sr.; and his sister Mary Elizabeth. He is survived by: his siblings, Paul Bittner (Debi) of Ross Twp and JeanMarie Jacob (Phil) of Forest Hills; and his nieces and nephews, Molly Bittner, Casey Strasbaugh (George), Nicolle Lewis (Adam), Brittany Bartoldi (Brandon), Edward "Dutch" Jacob (Melissa Colby), Cory Jacob and Kelley Smith (Mike).
