He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alex Gouba and Anell Gouba; his wife Dolores (Goodrich); his children, Cindy Newsome (Mark) of Landisville, Bill Gouba Jr. (Sandy) of Mount Joy and Karen Buckwalter of Quarryville; his grandchildren, Alex, Jordyn, Billy, Abbie and Sam; and his great grandchildren, Riley, Liam and Declan.

Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Leo the Great Catholic Church (2427 Marietta Ave, Lancaster, PA 17601). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
