He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Wissing and Alice Wissing (Hacker); and his son Thomas W. Wissing. He is survived by: his wife Janie (Butzer); his children, David L. Wissing, Linda M. Koone (Jeffrey), Karen L. Flick (Jere) and Kathy A. Rineer; his grandchildren, Elyse Flick (Nate Gill), Rita Newton (William) and Alec Koone; his great grandchildren, Rose Newton and Henry Gill; and his brother Charles R. Wissing. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
