He was predeceased by: his parents, Christian Frederick and Louise Tegtmeier (Wetherill); his daughter Sheri Tegtmeier; and his sister Robin Nugent (Harry) of Philadelphia. He is survived by: his grandson Dakota; his sons, David L. Tegtmeier of York and Carl M. Tegtmeier of Marietta; his grandchildren, Jared Tegtmeier-Oatman and Arilyn Tegtmeier-Oatman; and his siblings, Patricia Wexelblat (Richard) of West Brandywine, Philip Tegtmeier (Teri) of Honey Brook and Linda Tegtmeier of Philadelphia.
