He is survived by: his children, Anita Maydak (Glenn Neace) of Murrysville and Keith Maydak of Loja, Ecuador; his grandson Travis Matthews (Ashley Lenkiewcz); his great grandchildren, Aubriana and Jacob Matthews; his sister Joann Jendeski; and his close friend Linda Cheers.
