She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Zak and Mary Zak (Sergua); her husband Melana "Mel" Tarbuk; and her brothers, Stanley "Babe" and Frank Zak.
She is survived by: her sons, Gary M. Tarbuk (Cherie) of Level Green and James Tarbuk (Debbie) of North Versailles; her grandchildren, Christy Tressler (Mark), Melissa Henry (Josiah), Gary Tarbuk (Christina), Brian Tarbuk (Annette), Shawna Woodward and Shannon Woodward; and her great grandchildren, Makenna, Mykah, Paytan, Gary, Maddie, Kylie, Brian R., Matthew, Isaac, Jordan and Jackson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Due to the pandemic only 25 people will be permitted in the funeral home at one time.
