She was predeceased by: her brother Jeff Malackany. She is survived by: her siblings, Michele Rudolph (Steve), Paula Gilmer (Don Frazier) and Steve Malackany (Lisa); and her uncle Bob Malackany. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
