With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan F. Howe of East McKeesport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 3, 2022 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William King and Leona King; and her sister Elizabeth Kimsey. She is survived by: her spouse Thomas P. Howe Jr.; her children, Heather, Michael and Courtney Howe; and her brother Paul King.
