It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jo A. Pecar of East McKeesport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 22, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Voyce and Mary Voyce (Hochard); and her brother William Voyce. She is survived by: her husband Charles F. Pecar; her stepdaughters, Kimberly Amatucci (William) and Janeen Garancsi (Michael); and her grandchildren, Nicholas Amatucci (Sammie), Christina Amatucci, Gina Amatucci, Michael Gray, Michael Garancsi Jr. and Vinny Garancsi.
