Jesse W. Gerkins Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jesse W. Gerkins of East McKeesport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 5, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Gerkins (Mesler); his brothers, Ralph Gerkins and Rich Lydic (late Maggie); his parents, Jesse Gerkins and Dorothy Gerkins; and his stepfather Harry Lydic.
He is survived by: his children, Jesse W. "Bill" Gerkins (Barb), Garnet Van Meter of East McKeesport, Pam Morris of Iowa, Mary Katherine Kryznaric (Frank) of North Versailles and Terri Troper (Ralph) of Penn Twp; and his siblings, Barb McConnell (Tim), Patti Gubash, Carol Wilson (Jim) and David Lydic (Lynn). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and2 great-great-grandchildren.
Due to health concerns, it is requested that each visitor wear a mask while inside the funeral home.
