She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Tietze and Allene Tietze (Small); her husband Braun P. Welsch; her son Dale; her son-in-law Lee Anson; and her sister Lois Silianoff.
She is survived by: her daughter Roxanne Anson; her daughter-in-law Roberta Welsch; her granddaughter Kristen (Scott); her great grandchild Tyler; her nephew Barry Welsch; and her sister Carolyn Evans.
