He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Thomas and Arlene Janette Campbell (McCaulley). He is survived by: his siblings, Kathy A. Kasun (John) of Altoona, Susan R. Dick (Douglas) of Irvona and Vernon C. Campbell (Karen) of Altoona. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
