He was predeceased by: his father Cyrus Adam Hammaker Jr.; and his brother-in-law Jay L. Levrio. He is survived by: his mother Ione Ruth Hammaker (Davis); his siblings, Paul C. Hammaker (Wanda), Carol A. Radomski (Mark) and Mary Beth Levrio; and his nieces and nephews, Jared Hammaker, Corey Hammaker, Luke Hammaker, Miles Levrio, Charlotte Radomski, Julia Radomski and Emma Levrio.
