She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas E. Miller, Sr.; her parents, Lillian Towber (Simms) and Michael Towber; and her siblings, Michael Towber and Mary Towber.
She is survived by: her sons, John James Wertz of Coatesville, PA and Charles C. Wertz, Jr. (Debra) of Christiana; and her siblings, Betty Waltz of Gap, Nancy Varnes of Parkesburg, Sam Towber of East Fallowfield, Raymond Towber of Cochranville, Ronald Towber of Chatham, Walter Towber of Doe Run and Thelma Towber of Exton. She is also survived by four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
