He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond H. Bernard and Thelma Busher Bernard; his grandson Luke Ryan Bowden; his son-in-law Ed Tucker; and his siblings, Daniel Bernard, Catherine Bernard, Irene Groff, Elaine Swinehart and Norman Bernard.
He is survived by: his wife Ellen Moore Bernard; his daughters, Dianne Coleman (Robert) of Berks County, Rhonda Bowden (Rick) of Coatesville and Cindy Bruni (Nick) of Ridley Park, PA; his grandsons, James Tucker, Matthew Bruni and Joel Bruni; and his brothers, James and David Bernard.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Impact Church (101 E 1st Ave, Parkesburg, PA 19365). A reception will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
